Principal's Message

Welcome to our school, Viking Families!  For the 2026-2027 school year, we are excited to embrace our theme, "Soaring to Higher Heights," as we work together to help every student grow both personally and academically. As a school community, we share a responsibility to our students to provide a safe, inclusive, and excellent learning environment, filled with meaningful opportunities to explore, discover, and thrive within the classroom. 

Through our PBIS program, our students are encouraged to be respectful, responsible, and ready to lead as a Villacorta Viking, building the character and confidence they need both in and out of the classroom. We are committed to giving our students the tools and support they need to become successful learners ready for their future.

I look forward to seeing families attend our Learning Nights, PTA events, Coffee with the Principal, and monthly workshops during our Villacorta Community Cafes, as family engagement plays such an important role in our students' success.  I am truly honored to serve as principal of such an amazing school, surrounded by dedicated staff, supportive families, and wonderful students who inspire us every day, and I look forward to working alongside you to support our students every step of the way.
